إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُمْ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ

Kashani Tafsir

[From] As for the disbelievers, to where He says mighty [alike it is for them whether you have warned them or have not warned them, they do not believe.
