Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(The day when their excuse) for disbelieving (availeth not the evil-doers) the disbelievers, (and theirs is the curse) wrath and torment, (and theirs the ill abode) the Fire.
