Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(If Thou punish them, lo! they are Thy slaves, and if Thou forgive them (lo! they are Your slaves). Lo! Thou, only Thou art the Mighty, the Wise). This verse has already been explained.
