Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(Lo! those who oppose) contravene (Allah and His messenger) in the matter of religion, (they will be among the lowest) in the Fire. The reference here is to the Jews and hypocrites.
