Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(Nay, but those who disbelieve) the disbelievers of Mecca and those among the sons of 'Abd Yalayl who did not believe (will deny) will disbelieve in Muhammad (pbuh) and the Qur'an;
