وَلاَ يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ

-Al-Mâ‘ûn ( الماعون )

Tafsir al-Tustari

and does not urge the feeding of the needy.That is, he does not feed the needy. This was revealed with reference to ʿĀṣim b. Wāʾil.
