[3:15] Say: 'Shall I tell you of something better than that? For those that are fearful with their Lord are Gardens underneath which rivers flow, abiding therein, and spouses purified, and beatitude from God; and God is Seer, of His servants.
He explained the superiority of the people who are God-fearing (taqwā) over the masters of the present world (dunyā). He said, 'For these people are the following of desires (munā) and conforming to whims (hawā), and for those people are degrees of elevation (ʿulā), and God is Seer, of His servants'. He has caused each people to alight in their place and delivered each to what He has made most suitable for them.
