فَأَلْقَوْاْ حِبَالَهُمْ وَعِصِيَّهُمْ وَقَالُواْ بِعِزَّةِ فِرْعَونَ إِنَّا لَنَحْنُ ٱلْغَالِبُونَ

Tafsir al-Jalalayn

So they cast their ropes and their staffs, and said, ‘By the power of Pharaoh we shall surely be the victors!’
