Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs
(And We sent no messenger before you) O Muhammad (but We inspired him) tell your people that they should say: (There is no God save Me (Allah), so worship Me) so declare My divine Oneness.
